Executive Assistant & HR Advisor

In her role as Executive Assistant, Nicola provides full PA support to our Group Executive Chairman, Andrew Ronnie.  In addition, as a qualified HR Advisor, she also manages the HR function of the business.

What is your background?

“I have worked in corporate business for over 25 years, providing secretarial and PA support to Senior Partners, whilst recently obtaining my CIPD Level 3 qualification in Human Resources Practice.

Growing up I have always enjoyed sports whether it be playing a game of rounders at school or in the street, to being Captain of my local netball team.

These days I have a love for travelling, health and fitness and spending time with my family and friends.  I also enjoy watching football and F1 and binge watching the odd box set or two.”

What do you enjoy about working at Kukri?

“I feel lucky to be working in the sports industry, alongside a fantastic team and having a role in the business that I thoroughly enjoy.  Each day offers a new challenge, which I relish as it provides me with the opportunity to grow personally and professionally”

Interesting Fact?

“At 17 I left home to live in Germany, near Munich, and worked as an au pair.”
